Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 August 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to https://watchandreviewit.pro/ (the "Site") operated by Watch And Review It ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
Watch And Review It publishes editorial content about films and television, including a detailed review of Million Dollar Murder (2005). Content is opinion and information for general purposes, not professional legal, financial, or mental-health advice. True-crime subject matter involves real persons and events; dramatisations may differ from court findings.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. The film discussed is rated TV-14; parents and guardians decide whether minors should read crime-related material.
3. Permitted use
You may view, download, and print Site pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may link to our pages with a fair description. You may not:
- Scrape or harvest content at scale without written permission.
- Remove copyright or attribution notices.
- Frame the Site in a misleading context or imply endorsement without consent.
- Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful material.
- Attempt unauthorised access to servers or accounts.
Automated tools that mimic human readership to distort analytics, bypass rate limits, or copy the full review corpus for republication on competing pages are prohibited. Small-scale citation with attribution and a link back is welcome within fair dealing norms.
4. Intellectual property
Review text, layout, photographs, and branding on the Site are owned by Watch And Review It or licensed to us. Film titles, cast names, and studio marks belong to their respective owners and are used nominatively for review and identification. The film poster is used for identification; cast photos are publicity or freely licensed images.
Subject to these Terms, we grant a limited, revocable licence to access the Site. All other rights are reserved. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email a notice with sufficient detail for us to locate the material and we will review promptly.
5. Reviews and accuracy
We strive for accuracy in credits, runtime, and factual background. Retail listings change; ratings and availability on Amazon may differ by region. Report errors to [email protected]. We may update reviews without notice.
Scores express editorial opinion, not objective measurement. Two critics can watch the same two-hour film and disagree; our numeric ratings summarise the signed review on index.php, not a poll of viewers.
6. External links
The Site includes a link to Amazon for purchasing or streaming Million Dollar Murder. We are not Amazon, Jerry Ciccoritti, or any distributor. External sites have their own terms, pricing, and refund policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, transactions, or outages.
When you leave watchandreviewit.pro, check the URL bar before entering payment details. Phishing sites sometimes mimic review pages. Our only official purchase link for this title appears on the homepage review and uses the amazon.com domain shown in our review text.
7. Spoilers and content warnings
Our review discusses plot points, real-case outcomes, and themes of divorce, mental health, and murder. By reading, you accept that editorial content may reveal story details. We do not provide medical or legal advice about the underlying case or about viewing choices for trauma survivors.
8. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Watch And Review It and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Site or reliance on review content. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed SGD 100 unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted locally. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is unlawful.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms, except where caused by our wilful misconduct.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Contact is by phone or email only — we do not operate a contact form.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
Before filing formal proceedings, we encourage you to email us so we can attempt good-faith resolution. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse or ongoing security attacks.
13. Changes
We may revise these Terms. The updated date appears above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where lawful.
14. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
15. User submissions
Because we do not host comments or upload forms, we rarely receive user-generated content on the Site itself. If you email us suggestions, corrections, or quotations, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that material for operating and improving the Site, always subject to our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential information you expect us to keep secret unless we agree in writing.
16. Availability and maintenance
We may suspend the Site for maintenance, security patches, or hosting migration within the AWS Singapore Region. We aim to minimise downtime but do not guarantee continuous availability. Archived copies of reviews may not exist outside live hosting unless we publish explicit offline editions.
Scheduled maintenance, when possible, is performed outside peak SGT evening hours so Singapore readers can finish long review pages without interruption. Emergency patches may occur without notice if a vulnerability affects public pages.
17. Assignment
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a reorganisation, sale, or merger, provided the assignee agrees to honour these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our consent.
18. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Watch And Review It regarding the Site and supersede prior oral or written understandings on the same subject, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
No waiver of any term is effective unless in writing signed by Watch And Review It. Failure to enforce a provision once does not waive future enforcement.
19. Language
These Terms are written in Singapore English. If translated for convenience, the English version on watchandreviewit.pro prevails to the extent permitted by law.
Film titles remain in their original release spelling even when surrounding prose uses British-influenced SG-EN conventions on watchandreviewit.pro.
